seriesofbaddecisionsUh, hi everyone. This is Sabine. Last time a squirrel came to get me it was to take me to breakfast and now it's back to escorting me to the radio station with a stack of troubling notes. Let's do this, I guess.
At school, we had the welcome picnic, which was... let's just all admit that that was weird. People tried to meet their siblings, but since the bus didn't show up Tip and I wondered if they didn't break down and talked about road trips, Sidon and Nell considered calling Professor Skywalker on the phone, and Shuri and Ulysses bonded over not being able to find people. There were also roommates. No people to find out they were roommates, but. The teachers were around, too, and people mingled, with Steve and Liam comparing their winter breaks and Liam catching up with Octavia, Rosa checked in with Seivarden to see if she'd seen Amaya, and Rey was glad to see Summer back and they got to catch up. Hey, Summer. You're back at a very weird time! Karolina told Liam about none of the new kids on her list showing up, and he and Rey talked about having bad feelings about this.
Great.
In town Miguel directed people from Luke's towards the picnic, and then a bunch of people apparently went missing? Steve watched Tony disappear, Duke got nabbed, Liam found Verity was gone, Astrid was back and disappeared from our room, this is not the way I wanted to find that out.
All right, this is where I'd tell the new kids this happens sometimes, but looks like I don't need to do that this time. Stay safe out there, time to get to work.

Sorry for the lateness, I've been homelike six hours of the last 24 and two of them were spent asleep.]
