Fandom Radio, Monday May 13th
Good morning, Fandom. Uh. Don't look now, but the island's done something different with her hair today. Actually, if you're near a window, go look, just take a minute, look outside. I'll wait.
*Hold music plays*
So. Happy Monday, I guess. My dog is a lizard today, but otherwise he seems pretty much the same, and the walk here to the station was fairly uneventful. Hell, I even still have notes and the squirrels are still pushy. So I'm going to do my broadcast, and then I'm going to go teach impressionable young minds about simplicity. Somehow.
We'll start with school, as usual, where Lana was in the library helping the books stack themselves into book castles. Because they wanted to be.
In town, I was keeping the cook on the path of the pancake at Luke's, and I did a little texting with Summer about pancakes, too. Both the food, and her cat. Sparkle was finally making some headway on figuring out where his order went at Demon Marcus, Jonothon had a 'now hiring' sign at the Groovy Tunes, if you're looking for a job. Just make sure you get a key if you do. Apparently Owen didn't have one for his first day on shift at the bookstore, and so he had to wait for rescue from Nina. And at Caritas, Atton was dodging calls from home, which was fine, since it meant he got to play the 'what color drink to serve to Sia' game, instead of... whatever it was Mical wants him to do.
And that's the news.
The absolutely riveting news that I'm sure you all listened to instead of actually just staying at your window, gaping at the flock of reptavians that just flew by or the carnivorous reptiles they have pulling the rickshaws, right?
Yeah, I figured. Kanan out.
