Fandom Radio, Monday, December 24th

-- supppose any of you guys know what this is? It was at my door this morning.

*Long silence, and then squirrelly, chittery laughter that leads into desperate rodenty wheezing*

... Yeah, I'm going to Google that at the end of the broadcast. And we're on the air. Good morning, Fandom, and happy Christmas Eve. I hope you're all ready for the holiday, I know the storm and the killer snow people might have thrown a wrench in your plans there, but the important thing is that we all made it out in one piece. I guess. Unless there's someone who did who you don't particularly like, in which case I'm sorry for your misfortune.

Anyway, I have notes, because Christmas Eve is also Monday and squirrels don't believe in pre-recorded broadcasts. Nothing happened at the school or in the dorms, because it's break and presumably the squirrels picked up a sense of decency yesterday. Or laziness. But in town, Sparkle found himself with a mountain of snow at the Demon Marcus, but got a timely rescue from Kaidan, who came with fire and a request for his regularly scheduled nail painting. Lana showed up too, bearing a gift to thank Sparkle for being so helpful when she was new to the island. Jono was having a productive day at the Groovy Tunes yesterday, with the exception of the stereo apparently having a fixation on a song about reindeer and the elderly. Life was back to normal at Luke's yesterday too, with three different kinds of festive pancake on the specials board, which Summer ordered one of each of after we did a little catching up on how the invasion went for us.

At her warehouse, Sabine was doing some painting to commemorate the defeat of the snow monsters. And out in the woods somewhere, Fenris was doing some hunting.

And that's all the notes, folks, so bear with me for a moment while I Google what this weird gift was--

*A brief pause. And then a bark of a laugh* Oh, that's just-- *And then chuckling for a few more seconds before the broadcast switches to Christmas songs.*
