Fandom Radio, Sunday, October 19th

Happy Sunday, everyone! And I know it's happy, because you get to listen to the sweet sounds of my voice.

Things were pretty quiet around the island. I mean, sure, Elsa got to see books teach each other to curtsy and mosh in the library. And over in town, Atton seemed to be nice and helpful to someone on a call.

But then there was the quiet stuff, like Nikolai playing games at the Arms and Mike reading spam about male enhancement out loud at Caritas.

But then there was a field trip to the National Mall in DC, which is NOT an actual mall. FYI.

People hit up the Washington Monument, Sia people-watched at the Capitol, and both Travis and Gwen got their art on at The National Gallery.

Edward and Isabelle talked about history, culture, and joking around once in a while at the American History museum, while Celia and Ichabod realized that they were spoiling their future timelines with this visit. Which, let's be honest, they've been doing since day one.

Over at National History Celia and Anders did a magic check. The Botanic Garden had Flick and Rapunzel both checking things out. Air and Space had a little more action with me and Gwen talking about future space field trips and Atton and Alana bonding over our lowly space vehicles.

The Freer Gallery claimed to be the least expensive museum, and it's where Anders and Nathan talked about mummies and religion. En Gee El, I'd stick with the mummies.

There was some lawn space for people to hang out on, which did, in fact, get used for hanging. Atton told Sia that he hadn't been getting out enough. Problem solved. And Gwen and Travis tried to talk each other into being a Halloween gnome.

But that's not all, people wandered far and wide! Pinkie was a tourist attraction at the Hirshhorn and Sculpture Garden. Travis and Mara caught up at the Spy Museum. Anakin and Atton brought the mood down by going to the Vietnam Memorial and being serious. Then Kitty and Clint went even farther by going to the Holocaust Museum. And Flick finished off this downer ending with a visit to Ford's Theater.

I'm just going to claim that I made out with the check in girl at the White House Visitor's Center. I mean, did I do that? No. Did I even stop at the White House? Nope! But it's a better story to end on.

Happy Sunday, everyone!
