Fandom Radio, Tuesday, December 13th

Hey, y'all! Miley Ray coming at you from WTFH Radio, here to bring you some radio. And before I get goin', I'd just like to tell each and every one of you to GO OUTSIDE AND PET THE POLAR BEARS! They're totally cute and I have no idea what they're doing here instead of, like, Alaska where they're supposed to be, but GO MAKE FRIENDS WITH THEM.

Also, they're handing out Diet Coke, so, if you're thirsty…

Anyway, we're startin' with school!

Basic Strategy talked about whether they would've done anything differently in how they handled the thing with the giant black cloud and then us all havin' to live in the library for two days. I know, it was totally weird. And I got caught up in this Indiana Joannie movie, and… yeah. Totally bizarre, I know. They thought about it, and Kate decided she would've been faster. Claudia would've checked out the library sooner. And Kenzi said she would've gotten ice cream. Which… actually, yeah, that would've been totally helpful. Plus the polar bears would love you for it. And Lucrezia said she would've done the same thing and gone home to be with her family. Yeah, easier said than—I mean, um, yeah, let's move on.

Cultural Understanding talked about what they did this semester, and Aesthetics of Word I Can't Say had to blow stuff up. Icky. And in Creative Arts, we wrote essays about our favorite styles of art. Then in the library, William was dealing with problematic books, and in the office, the staff was totally glad to be back. Awesome!

Okay, dorms!

Peter was up all night on his computer. Okay, I've totally done that, but my daddy always says it's bad for your eyes. You should totally watch that. Then in another room, Stephanie and Tony woke up – ooh, so I guess they must be roommates, then – and Stephanie was all, "You totally shouldn't poke at weird clouds anymore."

…mkay, I've got no idea what she means by that, but it sounds like pretty good advice. You heard it here first, y'all.

Tara was trying to make phone calls but they didn't go through. Oh no! Did you try turning your phone off and then on again? Totally cleared up the problem for me. Meanwhile, Chuck got a message from home that made him really super duper happy, yay! I mean, um, sorry, Tara. But good for you, Chuck! Yay!

Rock Band Warren was packing for a trip home when Karla came by and decided to come with him. Oooookay? I hope she paid for her own ticket, jeez. And then upstairs, Hanna was in a totally awesome mood too, and Elphaba came by to talk about riding on a dragon. OMG, tell me about it. I saw Weird Topher doing it and it totally looked like fun.

Then in the gym, Cara was punching stuff. And in the third floor common room, I was baking a cake, but then Immature Jack came by and was totally immature and talked about how he played D&D and was basically a total baby all weekend. True story.

Aaaand stuff also happened in town!

Jack was at Ronan's house, and he went out shopping before he made breakfast. Isabel told him all about being engaged, which I guess is probably super fun. Yay engaged! Congratulations!

Annja was at the lighthouse and texted Sean, and then he got back. Wait, do they live at the lighthouse? That's sorta weird. Okay. Then on the rocks on the beach, which is near the lighthouse but totally not the same, Savannah got a phone call from her boyfriend. Fun! K-Mart came over and talked about how weird it was to not exist.

…yeaaaaah. I bet that'd be weirder than a turtle in a mud bath.

Also at the beach, Sam Winchester and Peter Petrelli – which totally aren't the same as iCarly Sam and Computer All Night Peter – awww! It says they got engaged! You guys! Congratulations! That's totally awesome for you. And this squirrel has, like, a ton of flags and –

*dolphin noises*

Um, right, settle down.

*dolphin noises*

Okay. I can wait.

*three minutes of dolphin noises*

Aaaaaanyway! Bo woke up with Mitchell – roommates, I bet – and they talked about Auditors. Yeah, they were totally creepy. And at the hotel, Leto came back and reunited with Alice. Aww! And then at his apartment, Jono was going through old mementos, and he got a call from someone named Death.

…weird name. Hollywood parents?

And also Raven was there, asking… why he was wearing a kilt? Yeah, Jono, I'd totally like to know too. That's super weird.

Ben and Ender had pastries at Stark Industries, yum. And they talked about the worlds coming back, and –

*sigh*

There's hearts. Where did you guys even get glitter gel pens, anyway? …give me one.

At the Causeway, Alastair licked powdered sugar off himself. I'd say that was weird, but I totally did that all day yesterday, so. At Café Luke's, Vincent frosted your cookies with powdered sugar that came from the sky, which… I hope is sanitary? And then finally at The Gig, Angelica made some calls and let the horses play inside.

Cool! So that's all the news for today, y'all! I hope you had a totally great semester and that the rest of your finals go awesomely. Thanks for listening! Have a fantastic winter break and I'll see y'all in the spring. Till then, this is Miley Ray, signing off.

*music!*
