Fandom Radio [Thursday, June 19]

"Hi, people, what is up. Today was kind of boring and I just spent my evening doing bar inventory, so my night was even more boring than yours. So there.

Classes, where losers learned things

How to Be the Best class talked about determination, which I imagine you guys must have in spades. They changed or kept what they were best at, and...pondered hairy midgets. Um. ...so anyway, Ino and Michael passed notes, and then students stared at each other, while Z TA'd and Ino talked to the teacher.

History of Sex didn't talk so much as gesture. They listened to the lecture -- such, I imagine, as it was -- and then tried to hook up without speaking. Interesting. Has that ever worked for you, Barney? Ron and Dawn were TAs, and Tink and Barney were teachers. Sort of.

Everyone in Funcional Fashion was a superhero. Awwww, everyone is a special snowflake! Special guest Edna Mode -- I have no idea who the hell that is -- designed things. Chad did the TA thing, while Lulu and Edna talked about Lulu's enormous boobs. As you do.

Chemistry for Anarchists talked about the Oklahoma City bombings. Wow, how incredibly appropriate for a summer classroom setting and not at all awful. The children were, naturally, horrified, and then they got to write papers -- how fun for a summer workshop! -- while someone named Evey TA'd.

Flight and Flying practiced crashing. Um, is that something you really have to practice? Isn't that like practicing falling down? Anyway, everyone picked out their planes or whatever, then flew around, and crashed. Except John -- hey, I knew I liked you, weird hair kid! -- and Jaina and Kaylee. Reno had bottles. Hopefully not open ones. And Murdock was around.

In news of office hours -- Steve had them, and Friday came by to say hi for his mommy. Oh my god, too many jokes there. Anyway, Mike and Mohinder had them too, and Lulu of the giant boobs got a visit from Liir.

Dorms, where children do child-like things

Amber ate and read in her room. Wow, exciting. Turtle called her dad, and then Alec rescued Meg from a spider. Aww. Good boy. Mac and Ron totally kissed, oh em gee, and then he turned into a teddy bear. Wow, that is going to suck if he ever tries to get past first base. Lee was sketching, and then Adah came by and they had someting called ambrosia. And...Dick is a rock. I just...wow. Jaina played with her datapad. Is that like one of those Nintendo DS thingies? Ever notice that the people in those commercials can't play with their mouths closed? Weird. And weird hair kid came by and they talked about not crashing.

Jack was a lizard -- it's a day for that -- and apparently no one wanted to be friends with Liir, even though he had edible bribey things.

Town, where I live so it's awesome by definition

And here's the stuff being open part of the broadcast: Tony opened Stark Industries, and Steve came by to see how he was settling in, while Murdock came in to see Tony specifically. Cable was working at the Wellspring Arms, and a lizard, Ino and Worf came through. That sounds like the beginning of a bad joke. Isabel opened Pixie Dust, Jamie opened Turtle and Canary, Hoshi opened the hotel and got a visit from the lizard, and Cal was heavily caffeinated at Luke's.

Xander oversaw renovations at the park, and Turtle was there in the morning to talk about grills, and Bridge was there to supervise Xander. Turtle was nice and stayed to clean up. No one ogled, because people are insane. Oh, and Logan skipped town, while Charlotte dealt with a tiny bunny Dale.

Eve opened the gallery, with a visit from Gwyn. And Tiny Barney worked at the clinic.

And I was mean and made Tino deal with the bar tonight, and we only had one customer come in.

And that's it. The end. That's all she wrote. Be more interesting next week, people."
