Fandom Radio, Sunday, September 22nd
Hey everyone, this is Clint Barton and I never thought I would be so happy to see squirrels here.
*chittering*
Yeah, you guys are definitely better than gremlins, especially on a weekend when things are already a bit off. I know I'm going to pay for being all right now the next time things go weird, so I'm just going to enjoy this.
All right, let's start at the school like usual. At the library, Evie had a lot of different books vying for her attention. Anakin was in his office complaining about needing to find a wife, and Sabine helped him find his true self, which is apparently an artistic hipster. Oh, I'm in for ride with these notes, I can already tell.
In the dorms, Kyubey stopped by Wayne's room to tell him he's the Chosen One and set him on the path to his great destiny, and Shuri stopped by and flirted with him, like you do with a Chosen One. Nina was all right, and took good care of Vette, who's still a bluebird. Trevor spent some time brooding on the roof, and Sabine tried to make him feel better with some music while Prompto joined him so they could brood together.
In town Rey and Luke talked about his prosperous wedding planning business at the Perk, and Steve made coffee for Tony and very awkwardly made plans for breakfast. Seivarden and Rosa got trapped in Seivarden's closet, and the squirrels report hearing lots of fighting before hearing kissing. Niiice. Sidon was looking contemplative at Selkie Peak, and Sabine tried to make him feel better. He also talked to Breq about having to be in an arranged marriage before... someone shot at them?! They're both okay but... Breq also kept Tip from getting run over by a rickshaw, so maybe it's a good thing she was around today.
Mary had to deal with all the rooms at the hotel only having one bed each, and Miguel was working on science stuff at Luke's. Peter apparently decided to be a lifeguard at the beach, and Amaya came by, needing a distraction from the forge. Duke also looked a little distressed, and told Peter he found out he's actually royalty. Of course he is. Mike had a pretty quiet evening at Caritas, and explained the anti-violence spell on the place to Magnus. Kitty came by and ended up crying to Mike about wanting to be normal--oh sweetie--and Wayne came looking for information on the amulet he has to find. The Devil's Nest was a little darker than usual, and Eric checked up on Sia when she came in for her usual.
Steve and Tony threw a party at their giant apartment they randomly have now, and Liam teleported in, which freaked out Steve and Verity, who was trying to get him to keep a low profile. Sabine tried to help Liam not teleport too. Steve was concerned about how short Rey's dress was, which is probably a thing even when he's not temporarily crazy, and Verity and Rey talked about Liam and how happy Verity is with him. Amaya and Steve talked about how terrible it is to accidentally blurt out feelings, and Shunsui's forwardness caught Tony off guard because apparently he has manners now. So many things I can't make fun of, or the island will make me a bird for a month. Sabine tried to help Shunsui figure out what he wanted from life, and Tony was annoyed at how rude Summer was. Verity talked to Tony about how Steve was settling into their marriage, and Tony insisted to Octavia that he and Steve are totally happy. Octavia and Verity talked about how her work is going, and Octavia told Liam that he'd made Verity mad but wouldn't tell her why. That's just not fair to do to a guy, come on. Steve resisted gossiping with Octavia, and after the party, Liam and Verity got into a fight but... ahem, it didn't last long and that's all I'm going to say about that.
That looks like all the fun I get to have this morning, so I get to reward myself with coffee and see what everyone's up to today. Please, please have a good one, everyone.
