Fandom Radio- December 30

Hi, Fandom. I've been back in town for all of oh, five minutes. Guess who had squirrels waiting at the junkyard to escort her to the radio station? So I'm tired and want to shower, and now I have squirrels irritated at me for being late. Hopefully you're all doing better.

*chittering*

I don't know what that means, but I'm here, stop bitching.

There's still no school, though William opened the library anyway. Enjoy it while you can, kids. And faculty. In the dorms, Ender waited in his room for Karla, who came for a gift exchange, though she didn't bring any more for Ben. He did get to hear about her trip, though. Besides, he and Ender had their own present exchange today. You guys are late. Nico found Jacen- Jason, sorry, habit- rearranging his room for whoever his new roommate is, and Alexander got back to town and started unpacking. He didn't get accosted by squirrels, I notice. Neither did Lindsay, who was trying to come up with some resolutions. Cara's boredom drove her to read, and Raven was walking in the preserve when she stopped and had a freakout... That doesn't sound good.

In vastly different news, Ariel was dressed up and raiding the common room cupboards for junk food. Which sounds really good right now. No, I didn't get a chance to eat, either.

Cut it out, I don't care. She explained to Bruce that they don't have human junk food at home, which even I'll say should be illegal. Scully was back in town and wished Bruce a Merry Christmas and found out she missed pretty much nothing. Sorry we were boring. Bod heard about Ariel's trip home, and he and Bruce caught up on the new semester and Bod's new job. And since Scully and Ariel had both been gone on break, they had to talk about them and how nice it was to be back. We're glad to have you, girls. Unless you have any enemies on island, in which case I won't speak for them.

Things were also starting to pick up in town, and it's about damn time. It can get mind-numbingly boring when everyone's gone. Millie was puttering around in Book Haven, Helen was watching the horses at the Gig when she got the usual visit from James, and Genesis was reading a play and sending texts while at the Perk. He also got to hear about Kukaku's plans for next semester. I have a feeling it involves blowing stuff up.

Ellie was trying to ignore Gunther's ranting at the Arms, and Lacey had to stop taking inventory at Luke's in order to recommend something for Bod to order, and John Watson was there for lunch and tea.

Okay, so it didn't pick up much, but it's something. That's everything I have, so I'm going to get out of here, and go home.
